HBR, a trademark owned by Ricicla Srl, has identified the division dedicated to the design, import and sale of recycling equipment since 2018.
We supply balers and conveyor belts for waste paper, plastics, mixed waste and wood, customized to suit the materials, volumes, available space and existing plant layouts.
Each individual installation is inspected before commissioning and supplied with CE marking and a complete set of technical documentation, including manuals, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, risk assessments and documentation relating to safety systems. Electrical control cabinets are manufactured to an IP55 protection rating.
For partial integrations into existing plants, we also provide technical and documentation consultancy to support the conformity assessment process for the newly integrated assembly, in compliance with applicable machinery legislation and safety requirements.
Our services also include engineering, layout planning, 3D rendering, installation, commissioning and technical support.

The new HBR DRAGON 2/3 series of automatic balers, combined with the H350/400 series of conveyors, delivers high build quality, durability and mechanical reliability, ensuring consistent performance even under the most demanding duty cycles.

The integrated control system, based on the proven Siemens S7-200 PLC, manages and monitors all key process parameters in real time, including safety, production, machine operation and energy consumption, through an intuitive, user-friendly interface. Wi-Fi/Ethernet data transmission to company servers and direct remote connectivity to dedicated service centres complete an advanced connectivity system designed for integration with Industry 4.0 and 5.0 technologies. In the H350/400 conveyor range, operator safety is a central design priority. In addition to the certified standard safety systems already integrated into the machine, an optional intelligent vision system with AI cameras can automatically detect the presence of people in sensitive areas and immediately stop movement in the event of a potential hazard, providing an additional level of protection during operation.
