In accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Data Protection Regulation) we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of your personal data. The information does not apply to other websites that may be consulted via links on the domain websites of the owner, who is not responsible in any way for the websites of third parties.
This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of EUReg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data) and isalso based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC on Cookies, as well as on the provisions of the Orderof the Italian Data Protection Authority of 08.05.2014 on Cookies and the EDPBGuidelines 05/2020 on consent under the GDPR, adopted on 04.05.2020.

Personal data that can be processed

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate a website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (UniformResource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment(for more information, see this site's Cookies policy).

Data communicated by the data subject
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as the filling in and forwarding of forms on the Controller's website, entails the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all personal data included in the communications.

- LEGAL BASIS: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) and recital 47 GDPR): processing is necessary for the purposes of pursuing the legitimate interests of the data controller or a third party, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data are not overridden, having regard to the reasonable expectations of the data subject based on his or her relationship with the data controller. Activities strictly necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of the navigation service on the platform.
- DATA STORAGE PERIOD: until the duration of the browsing session. See Cookies policy.
- NATURE OF DATA COLLECTION: necessary in order to allow website navigation.

3. To whom will the personal data collected be disclosed?

The data of a personal nature provided will be shared with entities that will process the data as data controllers (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purpose indicated above.

- companies contractually linked to RICICLA S.r.l;
- subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by Ricicla S.r.l. and telecommunications networks;
- competent authorities for compliance with legalobligations and/or provisions of public bodies.

4. Transfer of data outside the EU?

Personal data processed for website navigation purposes will not be disseminated or transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). The servers connected to the website of RICICLA S.r.l. are located in Europe.

5. Is there an automated process?

We do notuse any automated decision-making processes, including profiling.

6. What are your rights? How can you exercise them?

You may assert your rights as set out in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679by contacting the Data Controller at info@ricicla-it.com. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability of your data. In case of a request for data portability, the DataController will provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest and, in the cases provided for, you have the right to withdraw your consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional recourse, if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali” (Supervisory Authority www.garanteprivacy.it).
